Gorgeous Chicago Bridesmaids Dresses at Vu Couture

Saeyoung Vu Couture is a national retailer dedicated to creating gorgeous wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses for discriminating brides.

Bridesmaid dresses have gotten such a bad rap over the years.  Strange colors, puffy sleeves, weird detailing on the bodice - the complaints never end.  Vu Couture has beautiful line of Chicago bridesmaid dresses that your bridesmaids will be able to wear time and time again.

I like the fact that they only use silk for their Chicago bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns.  Often times, retailers will create these wedding dresses out of polyester and charge over $1,500.00 for the dress.  If it’s not made out of silk, it’s not worth that kind of money.  Silk breathes and it moves better.  Everyone looks fabulous in silk and it always makes me feel luxurious.

It’s also nice that they include wedding photos of brides and bridesmaids wearing their dresses.  You get a sense of the way these dresses look on different body types, shapes and sizes.

I had a chance to work with Vu Couture for a Chicago bridal event we had last September at SOLEPassion in Lincoln Park.  They’re located right next to SOLEPassion and opened their doors to our Chicago brides for the event.  Tania, manager for Vu Couture, is a very kind and patient woman who will work with you to find the right dress for your wedding.  She doesn’t do a hard sale on the brides and lets them try on dresses at their own pace.  That kind of attitude at a Chicago bridal boutique is quite refreshing.
