Wedding News: Bride Hops a Ride on the Bus

A bride in merry, old England hopped a ride on a bus with her bridesmaid to her very own wedding, as reported by The Manchester Evening News.  She wanted to do something a little different that she will remember for years to come.

I take the bus all the time and it would crack me up to see a bride working her way down the skinny aisle of a 146 during traffic on a Saturday afternoon.  Actually, it would probably irritate me since I usually have an aisle seat and I’d have to make way for her big bodice on her way toward the back. 

The picture in the article makes it look like it was a sparsely populated bus, which is good for her.  I have to admit that it’s a funny concept, but it could go horribly wrong if the bus is packed with unruly Chicagoans on their way home from another lost Cubs game.
