Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and money transferred from your PayPal account via PayPal’s secure server.
Shipping
We use UPS Ground for shipping most of our products in the United States. We order our products from manufacturers located in different parts around the country, so all orders will be assessed applicable shipping fees. At this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow a total of 7 - 10 business days for the shipping of your order.
Personalized tags and personalized items are sent separately. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for printing, plus an additional 7 - 10 business days shipping time. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
We suggest that you make your order up to 8 weeks before your wedding date in order to allow for shipping and product changes.
Please include a shipping address with someone available to sign for the order. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please include phone numbers where we may be able to contact you with questions about the delivery of your order.
Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of your package and will be processed during the check out phase of your order.
Wedding Chicago, Inc. is not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer. The customer will be billed to re-send items to an alternative address after items were misdirected to an incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is 100% responsible for shipping fees and charges incurred by Wedding Chicago, Inc. in any such event.
We will only accept responsibility for items up until the point of delivery. We are not liable for damage, loss or theft of such items once it has been delivered to the point of delivery.

Damage
Any damage to boxes made by UPS must be directed to UPS directly: 800-457-4022. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours from receipt of package.

Sales Tax
Wedding Chicago, Inc. is located in Chicago, Illinois. All orders shipped and/or billed within Illinois will be assessed a general merchandise sales tax of 10.25%.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed immediately and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your wedding favors!
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order for a return merchandise authorization. Email us at info@weddingchicago.com

Upon receipt of the return merchandise authorization, you will have up to two weeks to return the items for a refund, minus the shipping charges of your order. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
We will only accept authorized returns on complete orders that have been unused and returned in their original packaging. All returns or exchanges must have a return merchandise authorization number printed clearly on the outside of the shipment package. We will not accept return merchandise without a return merchandise authorization number.
Personalized items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If free shipping was applied to your order, the original freight cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
